SCOPE OF POLICY
This Refund And Cancellation policy applies to our websites, mobile sites, and applications, including the www.phoolchattiyoga.com website, the www.phoolchattiashram.com website, and the mobile versions thereof. It does not apply to other companies’ or organizations’ web sites to which we link. You should carefully review the Refund And Cancellation policies of those web sites in order to determine how these third parties policy afects you.

ONLINE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking at any time. Once online payment has been accepted, 25% of the total booking amount will not be refunded. However this amount (25% of the total booking) will be valid up to 12 months from the date of payment as a credit for acquiring the same type of service within this period. From now on we will refer to this value as "credit".

You can apply to a new booking using this credit only for the same service acquired, i.e., the Yoga and Meditation Program or the Ashram Stay. It is not possible to interchange the services and it is not possible to use your credits to book to another person. If you have a valid credit and acquire a service as a new booking, we will deduct the credit value from the due amount at the check in.

If you have applied for a new booking using this credit and cancel it, the credit will automatically loose validity, i.e., it will not be possible to book again using the credit and if you want to book again it will be necessary to go through a new booking process.

If you leave the Yoga Retreat or Ashram Stay before the final date on your booking there will be no refund. In case of Ashram Stays the remaining credit may be used until 12 months from the first check-in date. It is necessary to book in advance to use your credit. It is not possible to use your credits to book to another person for the Ashram stay.

Modifications to our refund and cancellation policy will be reflected first within this area of this web site.
